NudgelNuts are grown in the picturesque fertile valley known as "The Pocket", in Billinudgel, Northern New South Wales, Australia. Situated in the macadamia growing area of the Northern Rivers, the property is just south of the Queensland border and a short drive to the tourist Mecca of Byron Bay.
The first trees were planted in 1997, followed in 1998 and 2000 by further plantings, with the most recent being in 2005.
The property covers 200 acres and also runs beef cattle and a herd of elite alpacas.
The property has been in the Baker family for over a hundred years and has produced a variety of produce over this period including dairy, bananas, mangoes and paw paw.
We practice environmentally friendly and sustainable farming, with minimum exposure to pesticides and other sprays.
We only use the best quality premium macadamia nuts.
